At Old Spruce Farms, we pride ourselves on providing a picturesque and versatile venue for your special events. Our services are tailored to accommodate 48 (Barn) to 70 (Access to Patio) guests, ensuring an intimate and memorable experience for you and your guests.

The Grand Barn (Capacity: up to 50 guests and additional 20 on the patio: Possible 70 total guests)

Booking Information

🌲Available April through October

🌲Weekend and weekdays availability

🌲Minimum 5-hour rental, with the option to extend

🌲A 50% deposit of rental amount secures the date and any damages. 

🌲Deposit will be refunded 30 days after the event provided no damage is found

🌲Full Payment: Required 90 days in advance of the event. 

🌲All items carried in must be carried out

🌲Old Spruce Farms accepts credit cards, debit cards, cash, check, or money order payment (ONLY)
